Vendors

We welcome vendors who align with the purpose and standards of this gathering. This is an opportunity to share products, resources, and services with attendees from across the country in a focused and intentional environment.

Apply

All vendors must complete an application and be approved prior to participation. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Once your application is reviewed, a member of our Vendor Team will contact you with next steps.

Vendor Package

Each approved vendor will receive:

One (1) table
Two (2) chairs

Vendor Fee: $85 per vendor

Vending Schedule

Wednesday- July 1: Vending All Day Thursday- July 2: Vending All Day Friday- July 3: Vending until sundown Saturday- July 4: Vending begins after sundown Sunday- July 5: Vending All Day

Early Registration ends June 1, 2026. Prices increase by $30 after June 1. Registration closes June 15, 2026. No refunds after June 1.
