Shuttle Service Information

Shuttle service will be provided exclusively for attendees traveling to and from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport and the conference venue.

To ensure smooth coordination, return shuttle service to the airport will be available by request only. Attendees must provide advance notice so that scheduling can be arranged properly and conflicts can be avoided.

Please note that shuttle service is limited to airport transportation only. Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead for all other travel needs during the conference. We also recommend connecting with others to coordinate shared transportation when possible.

Early Registration ends June 1, 2026. Prices increase by $30 after June 1. Registration closes June 15, 2026. No refunds after June 1.

Shuttle service is reserved for registered participants lodging at Wayne State University and will operate between downtown Detroit and the campus only. No hotel runs or additional pick-up/drop-off locations will be accommodated.
