Reservation Policies & Important Information

Cut-Off Date

The official reservation cut-off date is June 11, 2026.
Any reservation requests received after this date will be subject to availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates.

Guest Room Rates & Responsibilities

All attendees are responsible for their own room charges, taxes, and incidental expenses.

• Full American Breakfast Buffet is included at select locations

Parking Information

• Hyatt Place: $10 per day

• All other hotels: Approximately $25 per day

• Valet Parking: $30 per day

Reservation Requirements

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival

• Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax

• Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date will be considered No-Shows and charged accordingly

Early Departure Policy

Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will be charged an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
To avoid this fee, guests must notify the hotel at or before check-in of any changes to their stay.
